Property is a major part of Gangster City. Ultimately, it will help determine how successful you are when you reach the higher levels and start adding associates and developing larger cash flow. However, if you cannot manage your cash early and learn how to manage your properties effectively, it will likely get much harder than necessary to master and hold on to those properties when you hit the higher levels.
Getting Started with Properties
When you get started in the game, you will have access to Kick’s Café, the Horse’s Head Bar, and the Gates Motel. These properties will require a cash investment to get started and will produce income for you every 8 hours after they are established.
When you first get started, jobs are (and will remain) the best way to make cash. But, you have to keep playing the game and getting enough energy to maintain your earning rates. On the other hand, you’ll be able to make consistent income with property as long as you login every 8 hours or so to collet your cash.
Upgrading Your Property
When you first buy property, it will have a basic, introductory income level it can produce. However, you can reinvest in the property and eventually earn more cash from it in time. A good example is the Gates Motel. When you first buy it, you’ll make $1056 every 8 hours when you collect from it. However, you can spend $25,710 at level 15 to upgrade the property and will then make $2678 every 8 hours instead of the lower amount. At Level 24, you can upgrade it again for $114,410 and then make $5376 every 8 hours.
Every property in the game will allow the same basic upgrades, providing you plenty of opportunities to upgrade your content and get more out of it than you would otherwise. As you level up, you should make sure to set aside the cash you’ll need to make these upgrades and get the higher income rates out of your properties.
Balancing Income Sources
Ultimately, the best way to play the game is to balance your income sources, reinvesting sporadically in your properties and logging in often enough to collect cash and do a few jobs. You’ll level up much slower if you don’t do enough jobs, so you’ll want to make that part of the process as well, so you can make more cash when you get to higher levels. It’s a balancing act – one that the best balancer will ultimately be able to make a lot of cash from.  
That was me, and while I wouldn’t normally go this route, I decided it was worth checking out a guide for the game if it would make my addiction fun again. The Hospital

As its name implies, the hospital is the place where you heal yourself. You will typically have a full health meter at the beginning of the game. But, as you fight enemies, your health reduces until you will not be able to fight again unless your health is restored. Over time, your health meter increases. But, if you want immediate healing, you can visit the hospital and pay to be able to restore you to full health.

The Godfather

The Godfather is your benefactor. You can exchange the reward points that you earn for certain things the godfather may offer, like extra mafia members or full refill in your health, stamina, or energy.
